Aftercare Planning and Alumni Services are a key component to helping young people re-integrate into their communities after placement. Adelphoi Village has been offering aftercare and alumni services throughout most of its history. In 1993, Adelphoi Village combined its existing aftercare program with an outcomes component, thereby expanding the reach of services provided to children, youth and families.
